You can simply block and deactivate your Fintelle card from your app incase of emergencies where your physical card is missing, or your card information is compromised.
Once this is done, the card is deactivated and cannot be used anymore. You would be required to create a new card to resume transactions with your card.

Individuals can request for up to three (3) physical cards while businesses can request for up to five (5) physical cards.

The physical card costs NGN 1,000 with a delivery charge of NGN 500 only.
It takes five (5) working days to have your card delivered to your doorstep.
The Sparkle Visa Card activates itself once it is created but you should wait for at least one hour before you use your card.
If you’ve lost your card, go into your fintelle app and block or deactivate your card immediately. Remember, deactivating your card means you will no longer be able to use that card even if you recover it.
You cannot customize your Fintelle Visa Card at the moment but you will be able to do so soon.

Alternatively, you can have your card delivered to a friend or family member who stays in Lagos. if you have an acquaintance or family in Lagos, you can ask that we deliver to their address for you.

Unfortunately, you cannot use your Fintelle Visa Card for international transactions.

If you notice any unauthorized transaction on your card, quickly go into the app and block your card then send us an email at support@fintelle.ng immediately. You can also chat Indy in the fintelle app or let us know via our DM on social media.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to cancel your request for a card once it’s been processed.
